At Flattered, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new items aren't the perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 30 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, including all dust bags and tags, to ensure they are protected during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand over your package to the designated carrier point and keep your receipt; your refund will be processed once our warehouse inspects the items.
